I work in Enterprise IT Service Management at Alterra Mountain Company, where I configure and manage ITSM solutions for 700 agents across 19 resorts. I specialize in automation and AI-driven solutions, using tools like PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and Python to streamline platform management, reporting, and operational workflows. I also hold multiple Apple certifications, reinforcing my technical expertise.
Over the years, I’ve taken on a variety of technical roles, including IT Specialist at Deer Valley Resort, Service Manager at Simply Mac, and also have done some freelance game development. I’ve managed large-scale IT environments, built automation and AI-powered tools, and led training initiatives– all with the goal of making technology work more efficiently for teams and businesses.
